About the event
Every other Monday, starting January 12, 2026 6:30 – 9pm
This group is for men who want to recalibrate to health and vitality in relationship with other men.
As we gather in discussion and a variety of activities, we will identify how our unique nervous system works, learn the wisdom and language of emotions, and practice ways of coming down out of the head and coming home in the body.
